Tom Pidcock to miss Milano-San Remo after 'presenting symptoms' of concussion following Tirreno-Adriatico crash
Tom Pidcock (Ineos Grenadiers) is set to miss this weekend’s Milan-San Remo race with concussion following his crash on the final stage of Tirreno-Adriatico. The British rider went down late on during the final stage of the race in San Benedetto del Tronto.
