Tom Daley announces surprise birth of second child with husband Dustin Lance Black in unusual way and confirms unique name

Tom Daley has confirmed the arrival of his second child. The Olympic diver and his husband Lance Black revealed the news in an unusual way and also confirmed their newborn son's unique name.

The happy couple announced their baby joy in the low-key announcement which read: "Black-Daley on 28th March to Thomas Robert Daley and Dustin Lance Black, a son, Phoenix Rose.'"
