Three teens from Manchester charged after police respond to 'reports of suspicious activity' in Cheshire village

Three teenagers from Manchester have been charged after police responded to 'reports of suspicious activity' in a Cheshire village. Officers were called to Duddy Road in Disley at 2.53am on March 25 after concerns were raised about 'three suspicious males'.

Police searched the area and arrested three teenagers who were subsequently charged.

Saamai Arshad, 18, Brow Walk, Blackley, and two 17-year-olds from Manchester, who can't be named for legal reasons, were charged with conspiring to steal from a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit a burglary with intent to steal.

They were due to appear at Chester magistrates' court today (March 27).
