Three mobile down with thousands of error reports across the UK

Three Mobile customers across the UK may have noticed their phone isn't getting any service today.

Fortunately, it's unlikely to be a problem with your phone, however Three Mobile has confirmed that "a small number of customers" are experiencing issues. It is unclear what Three's definition of a small number is, but latest data from monitoring site Downdetector recorded close to 20,000 reports of coverage being down since around 8am this morning.

Users across social media are currently still reporting that their Three network is down, with some even reporting that his has caused some serious isses as their network has been unresponsive throughout the whole day.

Writing on X, formerly Twitter, Three UK wrote: "We're aware that a small number of customers may be experiencing issues with our network this morning. Our engineers are working hard to fix this as soon as possible."

A further update has not been provided roughly two hours since Three's last post. One X user wrote: "Great all mobiles and our WiFi uses #THREE network. Means the whole house is down. Sort it out!"

Another wrote: "Three mobile is down. Has been for 8 hours." While a third wrote: "Affecting me now, for the third time today. @ThreeUK please update your network status tool to reflect this. I wasted a lot of time checking out my phone earlier."
