This Morning viewers feel sorry for 'poor' Hollywood A-lister guest as he 'doesn't know what to do'

This Morning viewers appeared to be left feeling sorry for one of the show's latest guests after the Hollywood A-lister was roped into taking part in one of the show's popular - and usually chaotic - segments.

Dermot O'Leary was back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme on Monday (January 22) and he was fronting the show for the first time with new co-host Sian Welby after it was revealed the Capital FM star would be taking on the main hosting role this week.

For her first show, Sian and Dermot were joined live in the studio by a number of famous faces including Austin Butler who was on hand to chat about his new AppleTV+ drama series Masters of the Air with co-star Callum Turner.

After Austin surprised callers by helping Dermot and Sian with a game of Spin to Win, he and Callum discussed Masters Of The Air which is inspired by the 100th bomb group in World War II.

Speaking about the responsibility of actors to play these stories right, Callum said: "These guys, what they did, was for us. There is always a level of responsibility when you're taking on a real person. You have got to honour their legacy. I am so grateful to them for what they did.”

He added: "My grandad was in the war.
