This Morning favourite Alison Hammond has hinted she might be winding down her workload, having experienced a "very busy" 2024. Engaging in on-air banter with presenter Dermot O'Leary, Alison dropped the unexpected revelation.

As they spoke with a manifestation expert on the show about their aspirations for the upcoming year, Alison expressed her intent to "take more time off" in 2025, leaving co-host Dermot a tad disappointed.

Opening up during the broadcast, Alison disclosed: "I want a little bit more time off this year, I've been very busy," followed by her hopes for "a trip to Japan."

In response, Dermot humorously opposed Alison's downtime aspirations, saying to the expert: "I'm manifesting for Alison to take less time off, sorry Alison, but I miss you when you're not here."
