'They want...': Alasdair Gold drops major Spurs update as Levy looks to win over Conte and Kane

football.london‘s Tottenham correspondent Alasdair Gold has revealed that the club want at least four new signings over the summer.

There were also multiple outgoings in the final days of the transfer window, with Bryan Gil, Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso leaving on loan and Dele Alli joining Everton on a permanent deal.

Those incomings and outgoings haven’t exactly revived the club’s fortunes in the second half of the season, though, with Antonio Conte’s side suffering surprise defeats to Burnley and Middlesbrough in recent weeks.

The Italian and Harry Kane may also be more inclined to stay in north London with Champions League football guaranteed next season,
