"They're ready to buy him" – Journalist drops Tottenham claim on 21 y/o sensation

Tottenham should still sign Middlesbrough right wing-back Djed Spence despite the two clubs still being apart in their valuation, according to The Express journalist Ryan Taylor.

The Champions League outfit have made the 21-year-old their top target on the right but are yet to reach an agreement with Chris Wilder’s side.

He told GIVEMESPORT: “There are indications that they’re ready to buy him, and Forest are exploring other options, so I expect that to get done.

“He’s a right wing-back that fits Conte’s system, he’s homegrown, he’s young with high potential. There’s a lot to like about him and I believe he’ll become a Spurs player.”
