Theory reveals Stone Cold Steve Austin was nearly responsible for his first-ever beer

Theory has confessed that he almost had his first-ever alcoholic drink in the aftermath of his interaction with Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania. 

Since Survivor Series last year, we’ve seen Theory become a protégé of Vince McMahon and heading into WrestleMania the Upstart was chosen by the WWE Chairman to take on Pat McAfee. 

McAfee was victorious on the night, but after the match McMahon stepped-up and battled the SmackDown announcer himself and got the win – thanks to the aid of Theory. 

However, while the two celebrated in the ring, the familiar sound of glass shattering could he heard through the arena and Stone Cold Austin marched down to the ring to once again ruin his arch nemesis celebrations. Handing out Stone Cold stunners to both McMahon and his latest pet project.

Speaking on Out of Character with Ryan Satin, Theory discussed the match and revealed what happened backstage as the 24-year-old look set to taste is first alcoholic drink thanks to The Rattlesnake. 

“It’s so funny. You bring that up, because, okay, so this is something about me, I don’t drink at all. I’ve never had alcohol before. So, literally WrestleMania I get my ass stunned. I’m standing in the back, you know, and, and that’s the thing you wait, you know, for people to come to the back and shake their hand, and, you know, thank you for that out there stunning my ass.

“So, here comes Stone Cold through the back, and he’s got a beer in his hand. And he’s just covered in like beer and I hug him. And he’s like, thanks, I appreciate it. And I’m saying thank you too.

“And there was a moment in my head where I was like, Stone Cold is gonna hand me this beer, and I’m gonna have to chug it. Like, there’s no way like, I’m gonna chug it so fast. I
