The Sims 4: Werewolves Game Pack release date confirmed

The Sims 4 Werewolves Game Pack will release on June 16, EA has confirmed via GamesRadar.

The new expansion has been repeatedly teased by developer Maxis and does what it says on the tin.

It is set to bring Werewolves back into The Sims for the first time since The Sims 3, when they featured in the Supernatural Pack.

As per GamesRadar, the Sims 4 Werewolves Pack will bring in “unique temperaments and abilities”, while players will “be affected by the phase of the moon, and experience wolf-specific life events.”

The Pack’s trailer outlines the fact that you’ll be able to transform from a normal Sim into a Werewolf, and you can decide whether you were born with the ability, or if you were bitten. You can write your own lore, essentially.

On the game’s website, Maxis has said: “What big teeth you’ll have! Transform into a werewolf and embrace (or fight) your animalistic nature.

“Craft your werewolf identity. Were you bitten, or were you born into a werewolf family.

“However it happened, now you’ve got to decide what kind of wolf you want to be. Find a pack to prowl the night with, meet your fated mate atop Howling Point, or shun all that and try to make it as a lone wolf.

“There’s a lot to learn about werewolves and their origins. Unravel werewolf, vampire, and spellcaster lore as you read books, discover secret tunnels, grow your collection, and interact with denizens of Moonwood Mill.”

The Sims 4 Werewolves Game Pack is set to release on Steam, Origin, and Xbox on June 16, 2022.

The Sims 4 has continually been updated and there have been a number of big updates recently, with players now able to assign pronouns to their Sims, while there are also two new kits: The Little Campers Kit and the Moonlight Chic Kit. The former
