The schoolboy helping to style Manchester United and Man City stars

Like most 15-year-olds, Henry Moffat spends most of his week in school. Unlike pretty much everyone else his age though, Henry's free time is devoted to sourcing shoes and clothes for Premier League footballers.

Young stars of Manchester United and Manchester City want for pretty much nothing as they come through the ranks at the leading academies, yet that has not stopped the likes of Cole Palmer, Alejandro Garnacho, James Garner and Brandon Williams from turning to an online business run by a schoolboy in his spare time. They form a group of around 70 clients including rugby stars who have all been in touch to track down what they need.

The idea for the business started two years ago when Henry was 13 and won a pair of Yeezy 350s in an online draw. He found it easier than anticipated to sell the shoes on online, and realised that he could scale that up. Umi Sneakers was born on Instagram, and after getting in touch with some academy footballers to let them know what he could do he received a message back from a young Norwegian called Isak Hansen-Aaroen who was about to sign for United.

"After a couple of months of buying and selling shoes I decided to get in contact with a few academy footballers. Isak Hansen reached back and placed an order with me and from there word of mouth helped me to grow," Henry told the MEN. "He wasn't at Man United then but he'd already locked in a transfer to move there at 16 so the minute he came to Manchester more players started coming to me from Manchester and it grew from there.
