The real life of Kyle Thomas: One of Britain's most followed TikTok influencers is just 18 years old and has more than 25 pets

TikTok star Kyle Thomas is one of the most followed British creators on the social media app. The teenager, who only turned 18 last month, shares multiple videos every day.

At the time of writing, the teenager has amassed 33.7 million followers and has more than 1.5 billion views across his videos. His content ranges from comedy clips, lip sync and dancing videos and short snippets of his home life.

Kyle is originally from Kent but now lives in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He shares his home with more than 25 animals including a meerkat called Mylo.

Thanks to his buzzing social media career, Kyle has been able to visit places such as America, Dubai and Europe for his work. He has been seen on red carpet events like the Pride of Britain awards and at the premiere of the new Stranger Things season.

In July of this year, Kyle released his first graphic novel called Guardian of the Realm. In it, Kyle and his sidekick, meerkat Mylo, find themselves in a magical and mysterious alternate universe filled with wonderful and wild creatures.

The synopsis says: "A dark creature has found its way through an open portal and is wreaking havoc in the real world. People are frightened for their lives and now it is down to Kyle and Mylo to save the world."

In an appearance on This Morning, Kyle was dubbed the UK's highest-earning TikTok teenager and admitted that he earns enough to live comfortably. When questioned by hosts Andi Peters and Rochelle Humes, Kyle confessed that he could easily buy a new toaster, a new car or even a new house.

"I left school so I could go and do this as a job," he admitted.
