The players that will leave AFC Bournemouth on a free this summer unless contracts are renewed

Bournemouth could be back where they want to be next season, with the Cherries sat in the automatic promotion spots and looking towards at least one campaign in the Premier League again.

Even if they end up staying in the second tier, Scott Parker has sorted the squad out to his liking over the last two windows and there will be plenty of players now surplus to requirements at the Vitality Stadium.

There are a few of those that look like they won’t be having their contracts renewed either, meaning they should become available in the summer for absolutely nothing, as the boss looks to sort out his team.

If they end up in the top flight too, then there will no doubt be even more of a clean up to ensure they are well prepared to stay in the Premier League for longer this time around.

With that in mind then, who could be on their way out this summer?

Robbie Brady

The 30-year-old joined Bournemouth as a free agent back in October, with the club probably thinking that he would be able to help out in rotation with his level of experience and knowledge of the second tier.

It hasn’t quite worked out that way so far though, with Brady playing in only four Championship fixtures as things stand. He’s been a bit-part player throughout the campaign and has been at his previous stint at Burnley too.

It doesn’t look like he’ll be kept on considering the amount he has featured but he still has plenty to offer to another team in this division and could be a decent option to sign when he becomes a free agent this summer again.

Gary Cahill

Another experienced head in the Bournemouth ranks is Gary Cahill, although he has been a lot more prominent than Brady has.
