The Oasis fans who will be eligible in ticket ballot for new Wembley dates

Oasis have confirmed that invitations to enter the 'private' ballot for tickets for the two new Wembley dates will be sent out overnight on Saturday.

The band announced earlier this week they were adding two extra shows to their world tour after the "phenomenal demand" when tickets went on sale a week ago.

The two extra dates will see the band play at London's Wembley Stadium on September 27 and 28 next year. Oasis had previously said the tickets would be sold by a staggered, invitation-only ballot and this process was confirmed on Saturday night.

In a statement posted on X, the band said invitations to enter the private ballot will be sent overnight on Saturday.

The band also confirmed the fans who will be eligible to enter the ballot. Those who could be sent an invitation are people who signed into their Ticketmaster UK account on Saturday, August 31. They must also have queued for a specific show but were not able to buy a ticket.

Fans who this applies to are urged to keep an eye on their email inbox for the associated Ticketmaster account - including the junk mail folder.

Liam and Noel Gallagher announced at the end of last month that they'll be heading back out on a world tour with Oasis across 2025. The tour will start with UK and Ireland dates in July, August and September 2025.

They had already added three extra dates last Thursday (27 August) after it quickly became clear how huge demand would be for the shows. But after Saturday morning's ticket-buying frenzy the 17 shows were swiftly sold out.
