The end is nigh for Jadon Sancho after what happened to the last three Manchester United players who were exiled

A sheepish Jadon Sancho attempted to conceal his face as he drove into Carrington on Thursday afternoon. Deleting his impetuous Twitter post cannot save face.

Whoever is advising Sancho - and his 110-word statement had the makings of PR assistance - they have torched a Manchester United career.

Sancho cannot play for United again. He should not have a leg to stand on after publicly accusing the manager of lying and Erik ten Hag has taken the right decision to banish him.
