The cafe in the middle of nowhere serving incredible food that wouldn't have opened without Covid
There's a caravan up a hill, in what feels like the middle of nowhere, serving up some of the most delicious food you could hope to find. It's owned by an international model and her mum, who previously worked in pharmaceuticals, and it is loved by thousands of customers.
It sounds unlikely, but it's true. It's called Bee's Coffee Pot, it sits on a farm with gorgeous views above Tameside, and if it wasn't for the coronavirus pandemic it would still be all a dream.
Natalie and Toni Bagley opened their business for the first time on October 23, 2020. They had a kettle and a toaster in the caravan, which used to take Toni to international equestrian shows, and they made just £1 in their first week.

Natalie, 53, said: "We sat there thinking 'oh my God, what have we done?'. We set up in the middle of a pandemic, and quite a few of my friends said to me, 'are you mad? What are you doing that for?'. But it actually worked out in our favour."
Bee's Coffee Pot, in Mottram, came to exist because of the pandemic. Natalie was on furlough when she caught coronavirus and her family became sick with Covid.
Toni, 22, was also on furlough. She was living in London where she was based as a model, having featured in campaigns for brands like Burberry and Boss, but she wanted to come back home.
Natalie said: "We were really poorly. We told her not to come home, but she was a bit fed up of being in London. So she came home, she got Covid, and while we were all at home we started discussing it.
"I'd worked in pharmaceutical medicine for 20 years and basically, I'd had enough. I just wanted to retire. I had always
