The 2026 Kent FA Grassroots Workforce Awards took place at Village Hotel Maidstone

The winners of the Kent FA Grassroots Workforce Awards have been revealed.

The event began with former Tottenham and England midfielder Paul Stewart being interviewed by Charlotte Richardson about his playing career and the safeguarding work he has undertaken in the game following retirement.

“The parents are really involved. We have a parents’ WhatsApp group where we can talk to each other and support each other.

“It’s a real network.”

Michael Robinson, of Chatham Town Youth, took home the 2026 male pathway Coach of the Year award.

“It’s massive,” he said. “At the end of the day, everything you do is for your
