Tenebe redeems $3000 pledge to Insurance ahead Plateau United slash

As Bendel Insurance Football Club prepares to host Plateau United in MatchDay 15 of the Nigeria Premier Football League, the Edo All Progressives Congress Chairman, Emperor Jaret Tenebe, has redeemed his $3000 Pledge to the team.

The secretary of the Benin Arsenals, Charles Ihimekpen, confirmed Insurance FC’s receipt of the money yesterday while expressing the Benin Arsenal’s appreciation to the donor, which he said will boost the club’s morale ahead of the game against Plateau United.

“The APC Chairman, Jaret Tenebe, has redeemed his pledge of 3,000 dollars to us and we are grateful to him. He promised to give us the money as a gift should we win at Nasarawa, but we lost the match 2-1.

The loss notwithstanding, Chief Tenebe told us not to feel bad that he would still give us the money to further motivate us ahead of the next match, and today, he has redeemed his vows,” the secretary said.
