Ten Hag eyes MUFC bid for "complete" £63m-rated machine, he can be their next Bruno - opinion

Manchester United are reportedly set to make a bid to sign Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer.

According to a recent report from Quotidiano (via Sport Witness) United will look to make another bid to sign the Serbian this summer after their first offer did not meet the Italian club’s requirements.

Lazio signed the 27-year-old back in August 2015 from Belgian side KFC Genk.

Since arriving in Italy, the midfielder has gone on to make a total of 294 appearances for Lazio across all competitions, scoring 58 goals and providing 51 assists along the way.

With 37 appearances to his name in Serie A this season, Milinkovic-Savic has found the net 11 times and supplied 11 assists in the process.

This shows how much of a creative and attacking threat the £63m-rated talent can be.

With over 400 more passes made than the Portugal international, the Serbian has a higher percentage of successful passes too.

The Serbia international also beats the 27-year-old Old Trafford gem for successful dribbles this season.

From a defensive point of view, Fernandes has more tackles to his name but the reported United transfer target trumps him on
