Tanguy Ndombele could give Everton new dimension with late transfer swoop

Everton have been linked with a deadline-beating late January transfer window swoop for Tanguy Ndombele but just what does he potentially offer the Blues?

Caretaker manager Duncan Ferguson admitted after the 1-0 home defeat to Aston Villa that any further deals for the Blues – who have already brought in Vitalii Mykolenko, Nathan Patterson and Anwar El Ghazi (loan) this month before Rafa Benitez’s sacking – would be “down to other people.”

So despite not having a permanent boss when the rumours first appeared, Everton have reportedly sought to take the 25-year-old on loan.
