Take-Two says GTA 6 is in progress

If you have been eagerly waiting for news regarding the development of GTA 6, we have you covered as the Grand Theft Auto series developer, Take-Two Interactive has provided an update.

The update came during Take-Two Interactive’s meeting with its investors; the game is in progress, and as Rockstar has previously promised, it is going to be a great one.

We are still unsure about when the game will be coming out, but we will keep you updated on that.

With the development being “well underway” the gaming community will be happy to know that, not only is GTA 6 in progress, but according to Rockstar, they are “determined to set creative benchmarks for the series, industry, and entertainment.”

The gaming community has relied on leaks regarding GTA 6 and waited in anticipation to get an update on the development of the game. The GTA series has been quite successful; this is also evident in the presentation shared on Take-Two’s website.

“Sales of Grand Theft Auto V also remained strong, and to date, the title has sold-in nearly 170 million units. With the development of the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto series well underway, the Rockstar Games team is determined to once again set creative benchmarks for the series, our industry, and for all entertainment, just as the label has done with every one of their frontline releases.” said Strauss Zelnick, Take-Two’s Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer.

Very little information on GTA 6 has been shared, we guess it’s to build the hype around the game. While not a lot has been shared, a few weeks ago, a leak was doing the rounds on social media and we hope that Take-Two finally confirms this.
