Swansea City bring an end to their second season under Russell Martin this afternoon as they host play-off chasing West Brom.

The Swans have been in remarkable form of late and go into the clash with the Baggies unbeaten in their last eight outings, collecting 20 points during that run.

As for Carlos Corberan's outfit, they still have hopes of nicking a top-six place, although they need a win today and for other results to go their way.

The hosts will be without Jay Fulton, Liam Walsh, Joe Allen and Steven Benda, with Martin admitting some young players could be given the chance to feature.

Kick-off is at 3pm.
