Swallows part ways with head coach Dylan Kerr

Moroka Swallows have parted with head coach Dylan Kerr with the Dube Birds announcing the news on social media on Wednesday afternoon.

"Swallows FC have parted ways with head coach Dylan Kerr. We would like to thank Coach Kerr for the contribution he made to the club and wish him well in his future endeavours," a statement on Twitter read.

Kerr joined Swallows in November last season when they were bottom of the log in the DStv Premiership.

Under his guidance, Swallows came through the relegation play-offs as they finished 15th with only four wins in 30 matches. 

Kerr has struggled with work permit issues which meant that Saturday's 4-0 loss to Golden Arrows was the first time he was in the dugout this season.

Swallows are currently in 14th place on the DStv Premiership log with two wins from eight games.
