Super League team of the week as St Helens and Catalans Dragons stars shine

Round four is in the books and a host of players turned in eye-catching performances.

Wins came for Castleford Tigers, St Helens, Leeds Rhinos, Catalans Dragons and Huddersfield Giants while Wigan Warriors just got over the line by a single point against Toulouse.

A lot of strong performances came from full-backs in round four, but Jai Field’s stats were enough to earn his place in this team. He touched down twice and set up a try in the south of France, while he also made 148m.

Handley missed out on England selection last week but he certainly proved a point to Shaun Wane with three tries at Belle Vue to hand Leeds their first win of the year.

The youngster has started the season in impressive form and he grabbed another two tries at Craven Park on Friday night. He broke four tackles through the contest, too.

Drinkwater was in fine form at the Halliwell Jones Stadium and few could argue against his spot in this team. He picked up two assists and kicked well during the game as the Dragons picked up an important result.
