Sunday Sport: Dublin face Armagh, Derry lead Galway

Sunday's All-Ireland Senior Football Championship action has gotten underway.

Damien Comer has returned from injury and has been added to Galway's 26-man panel in a late change, as Derry lead 1-11 to 2-6 at the break.

Both teams know they can't afford a loss here after opening day defeats.

Croke Park meanwhile is the venue for the first Championship meeting of Dublin and Armagh since 2010 at 4pm.

Galway woman Fiona Murtagh claimed Ireland's second medal of the European Rowing Championships in Bulgaria this morning.

Murtagh, who won Olympic bronze in Tokyo, came second in the single sculls.

She finished behind Britan's Fiona Henry and head of Dane Frida Sanggaard Nielsen in a time of 07:21:11.

Shane Lowry is in a tie for 7th ahead of the final round of the Memorial Tournament on the PGA Tour.

He shot a one-over-par third round of 73 overnight in Ohio which leaves him 2-under all round and six shots off the lead.

Scottie Scheffler is the man to catch, he's one clear of the chasing pack on 8-under-par.

Elena Rybakina (pron: Rih-bah-kih-nuh) has taken the first set a 6-1 gainst four-time women's winner Iga Swiatek (pron: Schiv-on-tek) in their French Open fourth round encounter Roland Garros.
