Strictly Come Dancing's Karen Hauer told 'good to see' after concern as she stuns in spin-off appearance

Strictly Come Dancing star Karen Hauer has been told it's 'good to see' her smiling again after she sparked concern over the weekend. The professional dancer was back in the ballroom on Saturday night with celebrity dance partner Eddie Kadi.

But viewers of the BBC One dancer couldn't help but notice that Karen seemed unimpressed. Comedian Eddie and Karen returned to the competition on a bit of a high after scoring the first 10 of the series the previous week following their movie week couple's choice routine to Men In Black.

But the pair were brought back down to earth with a bang and they left some of the judges disappointed with their American smooth, scoring 24. Head judge Shirley Ballas said their performance of Sex Bomb by Sir Tom Jones was a "bit of a dance disaster" but she wanted to be constructive with her criticism as she has been impressed by him. Craig Revel Horwood echoed his fellow judge's comments.

Taking to social media, Strictly fans couldn't help but comment on Karen's reaction to the judge's feedback and scores while other fans have later claimed Karen didn't look happy all weekend as she also landed up in the dreaded dance-off with Eddie.

But Karen has since bounced back and has been back in training with Eddie after making it through to week five of the competition. This weekend, fans will see them perform a Samba to 'Calm Down' by Rema and Selena Gomez.
