Steve Cooper says you must never underestimate how crucial one point can be in the race for the top six.

The Nottingham Forest boss watched his side grab a last-gasp equaliser at Sheffield United last night in a game he felt they deserved to win.

The 42-year-old said it would have been 'criminal' had his side not left with a share of the spoils at the very least and he's no stranger when it comes to guiding teams into the top six.

"Having been in this situation the last couple of years, although they were slightly different positions, you've just got to focus on every point that is up for grabs and really fight to the end.
