Staggering Airbnb options for Oasis fans in Manchester include £5k house and £320 to sleep in a garden

Hundreds of thousands of Oasis fans will descend on north Manchester next July for the comeback they've waited more than 15 years for.

Oasis Live '25 will see Noel and Liam Gallagher reunite for four gigs at Heaton Park - plus shows in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Dublin. Each Manchester concert will see 80,000 devoted Oasis fans flood through the Heaton Park gates.

It's hoped the surge in visitors to the city will provide a welcome boost to its hospitality industry. Sacha Lord, night-time economy adviser for Greater Manchester, expects the shows to bring in more than £15 million.

And there is one type of entrepreneur which is already hoping to cash in on the return of the Gallagher brothers. Manchester has plenty of Airbnb listings on offer throughout the year.

But with the dates for Oasis' Heaton Park shows confirmed and excitement building across the country, there are a number of eye-catching Airbnb listings appearing in the surrounding area - including some with extortionate prices.

The Manchester Evening News searched for properties listed for one night on Saturday, July 12, when Oasis take to the stage for their second Heaton Park gig.

Yesterday (August 28), these included a number of tent spaces advertised at a pop-up camp site in Prestwich for £320 each plus £55 service fee. The listing, which appeared to be for someone's back garden, has since been removed from Airbnb after the MEN approached the firm for comment.

If you prefer to stay somewhere indoors, there is a pair of neighbouring two-bedroom apartments listed in Crumpsall - one at £994 including fees and one at £1,169 including fees.
