Stacey Solomon has shared the sweet way she makes sure she stays connected to home after a 'reminder' during time away from her family. It's been an emotional few weeks for the mum-of-five amid her busy work schedule and caring for her young family who are going through their own changes.

Loose Women star Stacey returned to social media earlier this week after some silence to celebrate her first wedding anniversary with her husband Joe Swash and shared how they marked the occasion early due to Stacey's work commitments, as she was travelling to and from Hull to film the latest episode of the upcoming series of Sort Your Life Out.

But during her brief trip home back to Essex, Stacey was able to take her three youngest kids - Rex, four, Rose, one, and five-month-old Belle, who she shares with former EastEnders star Joe - on her latest job. They headed to join Primark to shoot Stacey's upcoming autumn collection with the high-street retailer.

And in a video posted to Stacey's Instagram Story, the doting mum and her three little ones appeared to be having a great time as Rex and Rose drew pictures and little Belle sat with her mum as they sported matching paper crowns. "Here's a little video from our shoot today," Stacey typed to her 5.7m followers with a face holding back tears emoji.

"Shooting autumn/winter. Always feels so strange doing these in the summertime but I know I'll blink and it'll be time to get my pumpkins out," she added with a crying laughing emoji.
