Stacey Solomon says 'I struggled' as she brushes off backlash with rarely-seen sister

Stacey Solomon says she 'struggled' as she took a very sweaty break from working. The Loose Women star explained how she'd headed into London from Essex to attend some meetings as her career continues to flourish with her own TV shows, homeware ranges and clothing collections.

But while she was in the area she decided to meet up with her rarely-seen sister and the pair worked up a sweat at one of the classes at Bobby's Bootcamp. Stacey's fans will be aware that the 34-year-old has recently got into her fitness after making a vow to up her gym game after dusting off her husband Joe Swash's exercise bike that he'd acquired and not used.

At the time, Staceytold how the garage at their family's gorgeous Essex home, dubbed Pickle Cottage due to the star's nickname for her children, had already been marked out as a gym space but the room, which had been branded in large white writing on the floor spelling out 'Pickles Gym', had simply been left to collect dust.

As she cleaned the space and equipment up, the mum-of-five vowed at the time: "I’m going to try and use it every day. If I don’t for the next month then the whole lot is going to charity. Because it’s such a waste! I hate the gym tbh but I hate to waste more so maybe this will be good for me."

Several months on and Stacey is still committed to her exercise regime and took the opportunity to work out while near her older sister, Samantha, who works as a fitness coach for Barry's UK and who she surprised fans when she revealed last year after they didn't realise the former X
