Stacey Solomon reveals 'carnage' at home as Joe Swash leaves her with kids after own spa break

Stacey Solomon has given fans an insight into her latest 'carnage' day at home after Joe Swash left her along with their children. The Loose Women star has had a busy few weeks going back and forth between the family's Essex home and different locations - including Scotland - for filming.

But over the weekend, after enjoying a few hours at a spa, it was Stacey's turn for a bit of daycare as she had to fly solo while her husband Joe headed out for his own relaxing 'me time'.

Stacey, 33, took to her Instagram Story on Sunday (July 16) where she posted a number of updates to her millions of followers of how she was spending her day. After a slow wakeup, with the mum-of-five sharing an adorable video of four-year-old son Rex feeding his baby sister, Belle, Stacey too her youngest children - including one-year-old Rose - to a soft play centre so she could try to "keep the house clean", she joked.

She then later shared a clip of herself attempting to do a workout at their home, dubbed Pickle Cottage due to Stacey's nickname for her children, but it wasn't a typical trip to the gym. The video, which had Help by the Beatles playing over it, showed Stacey trying to complete 'leg day' with her older sister.

She could be seen attempting to lift a weight with her legs, as son Rex had his foot on top of it while Rose was also standing nearby, and one of the family's adorable pups could also be spotted on the scene. Captioning the post, Stacey said: "ACTUAL CARNAGE. Me and my sister trying to do leg day when [my] husband's off fishing. Nothing stops Sam making me do leg day @samantha.stone1".
