Stacey Solomon claps back at troll who criticised her manicure after giving birth

Stacey Solomon treated herself to a blissful manicure after announcing two weeks ago that she had welcomed baby daughter Belle. The Loose Women panellist and Sort Your Life Out presenter gave birth to adorable Belle, her third child with husband Joe Swash at their family home Pickle Cottage.

The thrilled mum-of-five, 33, has been updating her Instagram followers with her parenting journey since having Belle. In her Instagram Stories she posted a picture of her gleaming new nails after enjoying some pampering.

Stacey shared a photo of her pretty manicure, showing her long oval-shaped nails decorated with delicate white flowers and white tips, and explained she decided to have them done in a choice over washing her hair. "Probably should have washed my hair but I've been desperate to have nice nails and just drive somewhere." She added: "It feels so good."

But she later returned to say not everyone had been supportive. One follower messaged her to grumble: "Very impractical nails for a new born."

Stacey saw the funny side as she shared the message and typed in response: "Have a day off Wilma, it'll be ok I promise." Stacey added a crying-laughing emoji and a covering eyes emoji to her reply.

The TV favourite was still chuckling as she clapped back in a video message. "I think they're really practical," she said about her nails. "They're great for tickles, head strokes. Belle's absolutely loving them."
