Stacey Solomon captured wincing in relatable moment before showing sweet night-time routine with daughter

Stacey Solomon was seen wincing as she captured herself in a relatable moment - and not just to fellow parents. The Loose Women star decided to film her 'night-time routine' which includes a sweet ritual with her young daughter.

Mum-of-five Stacey was seen in the clips which she posted to her Instagram Story after she marked the end of her Bank Holiday weekend by sharing the string of adorable photos after describing the few days' break as 'heaven'.

The 33-year-old was seen alongside her husband Joe Swash and their three children - Rex, Rose and Belle - in the images shared with her millions of online followers. They were taken during what Stacey said was the first weekend she had completely off since finishing her maternity leave earlier this year after welcoming baby Belle, now six months, in February.

And on Tuesday evening (August 29), Stacey decided to share how she goes about her evenings, starting with getting the children into bed. Propping her phone up on the stairs, the Sort Your Life Out host could be seen walking towards them while holding her four-year-old son, Rex, in her arms.

But as she did, she missed the random toys still placed on the floor and kicked one, leaving her wincing in that pain we are probably all familiar with whether it be children's toys, dog toys or even the dreaded plugs.

However, things did get better for Stacey as she was seen pressing on with her own self-care she does every night and shared how Rose, who turns two in October, likes to join her. The video showed the little one sat in front of her mum as she put numerous creams on her face before brushing serums through her hair.
