Stacey Solomon announces huge career move as she admits 'I want to be a stay at home mum'

Stacey Solomon has hinted at a potential shift in her bustling career to embrace more time at home with her brood of five, suggesting she might scale back on her television commitments. The Sort Your Life Out presenter spoke about being at a "pivotal moment" and harbouring aspirations to become a "stay at home mum."

Since captivating the nation on The X Factor in 2009, Stacey, now 34, has enjoyed a meteoric rise to stardom, carving out a successful career in television. She's been at the helm of shows such as Celebrity Juice, Celebrity Gogglebox, and Loose Women, not to mention her festive special Craft Christmas and Renovation Rescue.

Amidst managing an active presence on TV and various digital platforms, Stacey balances motherhood to her five children: Zachary, 16, Leighton, 12, from previous relationships, and Rex, five, Rose, two, and Belle, 15 months, with her partner Joe Swash. Her social media is often filled with snippets of domestic bliss at their family home, affectionately dubbed Pickle Cottage, where she contemplates a more permanent base for family life.

And then just do passion projects outside of the house, and then try and be around for them more."

She reflected on the significant milestones ahead for her older sons and expressed a desire to be more present for her younger trio, reports OK!.
