Stacey Solomon admits she'll spend evenings 'not talking' to Joe Swash as she addresses 'pressure'
Stacey Solomon has admitted that she'll spend evenings not talking to Joe Swash in an effort to achieve "self-care".
The Loose Women star, 35, and husband Joe have six kids between them, Harry, Zachary, Leighton, Rex, Rose, and Belle, and live in a country home named Pickle Cottage, with the TV star sharing updates about their lives on Instagram.
In a recent interview, Stacey explained that when it comes to "self-care", she doesn't like to add any unnecessary pressure and revealed that when she does achieve it, it's not via a "bubble bath".

Stacey highlighted the moment when she no longer has any work to do for the day, revealing that she enjoys playing cards with her family, but there's a certain point where she and Joe won't even "talk to each other".
She added: "Or Joe and I will sit on the sofa and not talk to each other and watch some mind-numbing TV. That’s self-care for us. It’s not a bubble bath, I’m lucky if I have time to wash my important bits in the shower!"
Meanwhile, Joe, who recently started batch cooking to help him feed his large family, which also includes two dogs and four ducks, recently told OK! that it's "difficult bringing kids up".
He also conceded that prior to Stacey, he was rather untidy, admitting: "It took Stacey a while to whip me into
