New Zealand will be happy with how they have turned up on Day 2 but Sri Lanka dominated most of the earlier sessions. Kamindu Mendis was the star with the bat as he continued to deliver for his team in Test matches. His partnership with Kusal Mendis is the highlight of this Test match so far but the fresh young seamer, William O'Rourke with his discipline line and length took a five wicket haul to make sure Sri Lanka do not run away early on in the match.
