Sports administrators converge on Bauchi over 2024/2025 national league

The leadership of the Nigeria National League (NNL) and sports administrators from different clubs across the country converged in Bauchi to strategise for the 2024/2025 national league.

Speaking in Bauchi over the weekend at the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Chairman of the NNL, Mr George Aluo, stated that the NNL Board, within one year of its inauguration, has succeeded in changing the face of the League. He pledged to consolidate the gains of the 2023/2024 league season.

“No doubt, the overall standard of the League, ranging from officiating and attitudinal behaviour to league operations, has improved tremendously. We do hope this will be replicated in the 2024/2025 League season.

While speaking, Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, who was the special guest of honour, commended the leadership of the NNL for its commitment to excellence and upholding the standards of football in Nigeria.
