Southampton vs Man City LIVE early team news, predicted line-up and score predictions

Manchester City head south to St Mary's on Saturday as they face Southampton in another crucial Premier League clash.

After last weekend's thumping 4-1 win over Liverpool, the Blues will hope to continue piling pressure on Arsenal in the Premier League title race. Victory on the South Coast will see City close the gap to just five points before the Gunners face Jurgen Klopp's side at Anfield on Sunday.

City will welcome back Erling Haaland after the Norwegian returned to full training this week following a groin issue that saw him miss last weekend's win, while Jack Grealish can continue his fine form on the left after a goal and an assist last time out.

Defeat in the Carabao Cup against Nathan Jones came as a huge shock for City, but there was no such issue at the Etihad in October, with a comfortable 4-0 win keeping the points in Manchester.
