Some lines from Cardiff Central Station are blocked with services not running after a person was hit by a train. People at the station told WalesOnline there was an "incident" on one of the platforms and that people had been told to exit the station. British Transport Police have confirmed that the incident took place within the station itself and that a casualty has been taken to hospital.

A busy Cardiff road is closed this morning after a crash in the early hours.
Police were called to the scene of an incident at Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff. The incident was reported on traffic monitoring system Inrix at around 2.20pm on Friday and caused huge traffic delays in the area.
