Live updates as main Valleys road closed and police tell people 'avoid the area'
Police are are at the scene of an accident near Bridgend on Thursday afternoon. The A4061 at Blackmill is closed in both directions as emergency services work at the scene. South Wales Police say the road is currently closed in both directions between Blackmill and Pant Yr Awel.

Storm Gerrit live updates as winds hit 85mph and people say 'sounded like end of the world'
Storm Gerrit has wreaked havoc across Wales with two flood warnings and 41 flood alerts in place across Wales, main roads closed with trees down and speed restrictions on the M4 because of high winds on Thursday morning. Winds of 85mph were recorded in Wales and the blustery weather is set to continue.
Live updates as crash closes M4 at Second Severn Crossing
There are severe delays at the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge after traffic was held due to "multiple incidents". There was already increased traffic in the area due to the earlier closure of the M48 Severn Bridge due to high winds, with the diversion taking drivers to the M4 bridge. It means both Severn bridges are currently closed or blocked.
A465 Heads of the Valleys road closed completely after landslip
A busy road in Merthyr Tydfil is currently closed due to a landslip. According to traffic monitoring service, Inrix, the A465 Heads of the Valleys Road is closed in both directions, with heavy traffic in the area, due to a landslip between A470's Cefn Coed roundabout and B4276 Merthyr Road in Llwydcoed.
