DC defeated CSK in an exciting clash by 20 runs and the highlights of the match were Pant's return-to-form knock of 51 in 32 balls and a late cameo by MS Dhoni of 37* in 16 balls while chasing 192 runs for CSK.

Sri Lanka cricket team made history on Day 2 of the second Test match against Bangladesh on Sunday as they broke a 48-year-old record. Sri Lanka scored 531 runs in their first innings without a single batter scoring a century. This was the highest total posted by any team in the history of Test cricket where none of the batters scored 100 or more. Among the top seven Sri Lanka batters, six slammed half-centuries with Kusal Mendis top-scoring with 93 while Kamindu Mendis was unbeaten on 92. Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi expressed his shock over the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)'s decision to re-appoint Babar Azam as captain of the national team.
