Sources: Cowboys trade DT Odighizuwa to 49ers for 3rd-round pick - ESPN
The Dallas Cowboys have traded defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a 2026 third-round draft pick, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter and Todd Archer.
The Cowboys are also trading defensive lineman Solomon Thomas and a seventh-round pick to the Tennessee Titans for a seventh-round pick, a source told Schefter.
Odighizuwa, 27, had 3.5 sacks and 44 tackles in 17 games last season for the Cowboys, his fifth with the organization since being selected in the third round of the 2021 draft.
The Cowboys signed Odighizuwa to a four-year, $80 million contract extension last year. He has a $16.25 million base salary for the 2026 season and is under contact through the 2028 season.
He has 17 sacks and 216 tackles in his career.
Thomas, 30, has played for new Titans coach Robert Saleh with both the 49ers and New York Jets. He had 27 tackles last season in 16 games for the Cowboys.
