Shooting and stabbing incident among Inter Milan ultras leaves one dead and leader injured

An Inter Milan ultra supporter tragically lost his life, and the leader of the Nerazzurri ultras was injured in a violent incident involving shooting and stabbing in Cernusco sul Naviglio, near Milan on Wednesday, according to local sources.

The ultra leader who was shot and injured is identified as Andrea Beretta, 49, while the fan he allegedly stabbed to death was Antonio Bellocco, 39. The two fans were reportedly involved in a dispute over an unknown issue. Initial reports suggest that a man was stabbed at via Nino Besozzi 2.

The crime is believed to have occurred within the circles of Inter ultras. Bellocco, 36, who had ties to the 'Ndrangheta family - linked to Mafia-style crime in Italy - and was recently associated with organised Nerazzurri supporters. The alleged attacker is believed to be Beretta, the leader of the Inter ultras of the Curva Nord.
