Sheffield Wednesday drop out of League One play-offs after Wycombe Wanderers defeat
There was no belated birthday present for Darren Moore as Wycombe Wanderers dented Sheffield Wednesday's promotion hopes. Jordan Obita's 62nd minute tap in condemned the Owls to a first league defeat in nine matches.

And the result sees the Owls drop out of the League One play-off positions heading into the final two matches of the regular league season.

Moore, who turned 48 yesterday, rolled the dice, making four changes to his starting XI. He brought in Chey Dunkley and Sam Hutchinson back into the defence to help try and combat the hosts physicality and direct style of play.
Dunkley was a tower of strength at the back. He won his individual battle with Wycombe top-scorer Sam Vokes.
An early booking could have unsettled Dunkley but the centre-back superbly marshalled the back line. His leadership qualities and organisational skills came to the fore.
Dunkley was involved in the big flashpoint of a tight, scrappy first half. He turned in Barry Bannan's corner at the back post only for referee Andy Davies to controversially rule out the goal for a foul. Dunkley was penalised for bringing down Ryan Tafazolli at the back post but TV replays suggest the Wycombe defender impeded Dunkley.
Wednesday looked bereft of creativity for long periods after half-time. The closest they came to scoring was through Dunkley, who glanced a free kick agonisingly wide.
Substitute Callum Paterson also nodded wide late on as the Owls piled on the pressure. But
