Shamrock Rovers sign Scottish striker Marc McNulty
Shamrock Rovers have announced the signing of Scottish striker Marc McNulty, subject to international clearance.
The 31-year-old has won two senior caps for Scotland and last played for Scottish League Two outfit The Spartans.
The Edinburgh-born forward's previous clubs include Livingston, Sheffield United, Coventry City, Reading, Hibernian and Dundee United.
Hoops' head coach Stephen Bradley said the club were delighted to sign McNulty and was hopeful he would be involved in Rovers' game against Drogheda United at Tallaght Stadium on Sunday night.
Bradley said: "He does a bit or everything to be fair. He can come off and play, he has really good movement in behind and is a good finisher.
"You can see he has played at a good level, so I'm excited to get Marc in and get him into the group and he sees how we play."
Meanwhile, Rovers will be in Europa League third-round action this evening when they take on Celje of Slovenia.
The first-leg tie kicks off at Stadion Z'dezele at 7.15pm.
