Secret Schuh site section has Nike and Adidas trainers for less than half price

Major footwear retailer Schuh has a secret section on its website where shoppers can get their hands on Nike and Adidas trainers for a fraction of the price. Customers can take advantage of some big discounts, with some popular styles reduced to as little as £9.

There's also the chance to snap up cheap deals from other favourite brands such Ugg, Birkenstock and Converse on the hidden section of Schuh's website.

The offers can be found on Schuh's secret sale page which features a range of footwear that have 'scuffs, discolouration and other individual quirks.'

On its website, Schuh said: “Welcome to our ex-display section. The shoes that have suffered from a little too much interest come here to find forever homes. We reckon it's all character building stuff - some products here will have scuffs, discolouration and other individual quirks.”

The Mirror say they have spotted Nike trainers for as little as £8.99 on the site, while the cheapest pair of Converse available are £11.99 (down from £30). Other brands on offer include Vans, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and more.

The imperfections of each ex-display pair have been photographed to show customers exactly what they’re buying.

Schuh said: "We've provided photographs of the actual shoe you'll receive with a brief description of the imperfection. Where there is more than one imperfection, an image of each is shown. Please note the item may not arrive in its original packaging."

Customers can expect to find women's, men's and kids' options, with prices starting from just £5.99.

Used trainers can also be bought on eBay and reseller sites like StockX.
