Seahawks running back Travis Homer is looking shredded ahead of crucial year

Seattle Seahawks running back Travis Homer is looking in incredible shape as he gears up for this upcoming season. 

Last year was certainly something of a disappointment for both Travis Homer and the Seattle Seahawks as a whole, finishing with a 7-10 record that saw them finish 4th in the NFC West, and having to say goodbye to franchise QB Russell Wilson in the process as he was traded to the Denver Broncos. 

Meanwhile, in his third season in the league, Homer still didn’t manage to make that much of an impression on the Seahawks roster, making 14 appearances for them, none of which were starts, and having 21 rushing attempts that totaled 177 yards.

With the departure of Wilson, things are certainly going to be different at Lumen Field and there might be some more opportunities for players like Homer to make an impact.

And judging by how he looks in preseason work, Homer his certainly doing his best to make an impression to Seahawks staff.

Homer has clearly been making sure that the ball stays secure under his arm this season as a photo was posted on the Seahawks’ Twitter page that showed him clutching the ball very tight in some arms that have certainly seen some work this offseason:
