Scottish Cup draw LIVE as Celtic and Rangers join Aberdeen and winners of Dundee derby in last eight hat
With just one fourth round tie to be played, it's almost time for the Scottish Cup fifth round draw.
There weren't really any shocks to be had over the weekend. Brechin looked like they might be about to start the weekend with a bang after taking the lead against Hearts on Friday night, but the Jambos were comfortable winners in the end.
Hibs made sure there was to be no funny business from Clydebank in the first minute, putting the Bankies on the back foot immediately before easing through with a 3-0 win.
Aberdeen were similarly comfortable at Elgin, while Kilmarnock made holders Celtic work for their 201 win in the Saturday evening TV game.
Rangers took care of Highland League outfit Fraserburgh with minimal fuss on Sunday to ensure all the big guns that were expected to book their place in the hat did so.
And the one remaining tie is a belter. It's a second Dundee derby at Dens in as many weeks as Tony Docherty's side go out for revenge after Jim Goodwin's men staged a late turnaround on league business to head back along the street with all three points.
We'll have updates from that game then the draw LIVE when it happens shortly after full-time.
Neil Critchley hailed Elton Kabangu after the on-loan frontman hit a second half double on his full debut to ensure Hearts avoided a Scottish Cup shock at Brechin.
The Royal Union Saint-Gilloise frontman struck twice and set up another as the Jambos fought back to beat the Highland League leaders who had led through Scott Bright’s wonder strike at a packed Glebe Park. Kabangu sealed a loan switch from the Belgian club at the start of the window - with the Tynecastle having the option to make that permanent in the summer.
But his debut was held up by government red tape.
