Sanju Samson Dismissal Row: Broadcaster's Zoomed In Picture Provides Another Angle To Controversy. See Pic

There has been a major controversy surrounding Shai Hope's catch to dismiss Sanju Samson during the IPL 2024 match on Tuesday. Hope was dangerously close to the boundary line when he completed the catch at long-in and the third umpire ruled in DC's favour. However, the decision left Samson upset who ended up having an argument with the on-field umpires. Replays showed that there was a chance that Hope could have touched the boundary line while taking the catch and the whole incident split opinions among fans and experts. Official broadcasters Jio Cinema provided a zoomed in picture of the catch and it has provided a new angle to the conversation as it shows that Hope did not touch the boundary line.

DC kept their IPL 2024 playoff dreams alive with a crucial victory over RR.
