San Carlo boss applauded for 'legendary' response to whinging customer

The boss of Italian restaurant San Carlo has been praised for a his 'legendary' response to a disgruntled customer. Managing director Marcello Di Stefano shared his tongue-in-cheek email reply with his Instagram followers.
